Here you're surrounded by like-minded people with the same goals. We support each other inside the gym and out. When we support the community, we all grow forward together.
Like a Lion taking care of it's Pride, we take care of each other.
We'll run local 5K's as a team and cheer each other on.
We'll collect food for the Sheboygan County Food Bank.
Sometimes we'll have a coffee at the gym after a good workout and just talk and laugh.
